Recently, the State of California adopted state-specific legislation that complements the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. That legislation allows for payment deferrals by members of the Reserves or CA National Guard (or their surviving family members) for those called to active duty in Iraq or Afghanistan. Does Oregon currently have any similar state legislation, or does it anticipate introducing any? If so, could someone please point me to the appropriate legal citation for follow-up?

BTW, I will be posting similar inquiries for several other states as well (FL, KY, NC, SC, etc.). So if you happen to browse those other state sites, don't be confused or alarmed. Thanks.
