Are we required to deliver the Notice To Home Loan Applicant and the Credit Score Notice for Home Equity Line of Credit renewals?

Somewhere out there
If you pull a credit report and there is a score listed on that report IMO you are "using" it. So even if you don't consider the score directly when making your decision - if it's on the report then deliver the disclosure.
