Good morning.

I am looking for a Compliance Committee Charter/Policy that has effectively worked in a mid-size (over 250 M)bank. My shop is reviewing the Committee focus and responsibilities- wanting more stringent guidelines and a more formal process.

Would anyone be willing to offer suggestions?

My info is for an FDIC bank. Best advice is to contact your EIC and ask for names of banks in your area that have good Programs. Then call those banks and ask for help.
