Our customer had their passbook stolen and someone did a withdrawal out of it. The police now want to view the video tape. Can we hand the tape over or only allow them to view it at our office? Thanks.

That is a question best addressed by your institution's policy. Handing over the video or allowing viewing on premises is not prohibited under any rules or regulations.

Based on the time of the transaction and the time on the tape, you should be able to provide a print of the "suspect".
