Is "Member FDIC" required in a newspaper advertisement for a job opening? The ad includes the name of the bank.

I don't believe this would fit as an exception under (c). While this has nothing to do with deposit account advertisements, I don't see a definition explaining that is when this is required. If you could borrow the definition of an advertisement from Reg. DD, I think the answer would be different.
