when a broker fails to send out a credit score disclosure as required by FACTA, if our bank runs another credit score, and sends the credit score disclosure, does that correct the broker's mistake?

When I read FACTA, it doesn't seem to correct the broker's mistake, since we accepted the broker's file without all the necessary disclosures provided to the customer. I'd like to be wrong.
