If a corporation has $350,000 in one CD, are they FDIC insured? I thought it was up to $100,000 for each depositor.

FDIC insurance limits are currently $100,000 per depositor at each institution. So if the CD is at one depository, it (along with other accounts of the same corporation at that institution) is insured up to $100,000.
