Are we required to give our customers a statement of billing rights at the time of closing on a home equity line of credit? Now that we are “Imaging” our loan documents, operations isn’t sure if this is a required form or if we can file it with the miscellaneous items. The form is automatically generated with the account agreement.

Reg Z 226.6(d) requires a statement of billing rights.
