75 I think, but am not positive. I know that is the passing level for commissioning for FDIC Compliance examiners, and I think they did it that way to coincide with the exam standard.

Does anyone know where study materials and sample test questions can be obtained?

ABA's Reference Guide to Regulatory Compliance was the resource I relied on.

The CRCM test is a goal of mine. I was wondering what the benefits of being a CRCM are? Are there job benefits?

By the way...these questions may sound crazy to all you that have been in the field for awhile, but I'm still just a "tadpole", I'm sorry if they sound stupid!

I enjoy the fact that I am certified (somehow that doesn't sound right). I believe it says something about your skillset. My bank rewarded me, it tells our regulators we're serious about this and more and more job postings prefer a CRCM for compliance work.

Certified, or certifiable??

Kara, if one is interested in regulatory work, they don't necessarily care about the CRCM, but it does demonstrate a commitment to the field and a certain level of knowledge. So an added bonus on your application, but not a requirement.

According to my letter the Pass-Fail Cutoff Score for the CRCM is 69%. I used the ABA's Reference Guide to Regulatory Compliance and found that very useful-make sure it's the most recent copy with all the new changes. There were also some of the questions that had to do with compliance management which isn't in the guide.

I just took the test in October and according to the score report 67 was the pass/fail cutoff score. I passed but I thought it was a fairly tough test.

Get a 100 and you'll be good to go. Plus I think you'd get a plaque for your wall.

My goal is to take the CRCM in April. Wish me luck! (I gotta keep bugging two management folks to write my recommendation letter.....)

Re: betting $50 that Andy has a plaque...

If Andy has plaque, maybe that's why he has to get root canals.
