BankAtlantic Bancorp Inc. is allocating $10 million for an anticipated BSA fine. Since 2004 they've spent $5MM, hired 30 new staff and bought a new computer system.

Shareholders have to be asking "why?"

I was reading some of the info in their financials. They reference issues re subpoenas similar to AmSouth and possible criminal and civil proceedings. Might be happy to get a fine.
