WI Bank - I am looking for information as to how long we must retain loan files for real estate loans that have been sold. Is there a specific time frame that we must retain our file since the loan has been sold and they maintain a file.

Also, how long do we maintain the servicing documentation on loans that have been sold where we retain the servicing. Any help would be appreciated. :confused:
