Have anyone seen any Overdraft Protection exam procedures from their regulators yet? I know they will be looking at this area the next exam cycle, but I'm curious if anyone has seen any official procedures yet, other than just taking the Interagency Guidelines and applying them, item by item.

Has anyone had an exam yet where they looked at your O/D Protection program? If so, how are they looking at the opt-out provisions in the "best practices" section of the guidance?
