When a customer repays a loan early are they entitle to a possible refund of fees in Wisconsin?

I'm not sure if this will help you find the answer to the question. But I believe there is a phone number that you can call in order to find out.

Also, you may want to look at www.legis.state.wi.us/rsb/stats.html. Click on 2001-02 WI Statutes & Annotations (FOLIO). Look through chapters 421-427, this is Wisconsin's Consumer Act. Sorry I don't have the exact chapter for you, but this should help you get started.
