I'm stumped on this one. I've have researched, but can't find the answer.

Would a party pledging collateral on a loan, that is not a borrower, be authorized to have access to this loan (via Internet Banking)? Both Borrower and Third-Party are current customers. Third Party has requested access to the loan.

Is access for the purpose of monitoring payment status or for the ability to make payments?
