I have a question, the person that had this position before me completed an exemption for an account and marked FinCen Form 110 as an "eligible non-listed business. This is incorrect but is a listed company so it can be placed as a Phase I exemption. Do I send in a revoked form since is was sent initially as a non listed business or can I just do a exemption amended. I believe I can do a exemption amended. Just want to be sure.
