We have a credit card program at our bank. I would like some input on how other banks are handling this portfolio. What documentation do you require? How do you treat them as far as loan review? Can the Credit Card Administrator also do file maintenance? Can a fee for an international charge be assessed to the customer on debit card transactions as well as credit transactions? Any input is appreciated.
