I know we have a few lenders in the State of Georgia and hopefully we have some that lend in Hall County. Does anyone have any knowledge of a new bill that has just recently been passed that would limit building a home on a lot near a trout fishing area and also building a home within 25 ft of a drainage area? This bill supposedly will affect about 12 counties in the State of Georgia, most of which appear to be around the major lakes, like Lanier and Hartwell.
