We have a customer that is buying a second home secured by the property being purchased and his primary residence. Do we need to include the taxes and insurance estimates (we do not escrow) for both properties or just the one being purchased?

Are you requiring that the consumer provide proof of insurance as an underwriting requirement prior to closing the loan? If the answer is yes, then you will need to include the applicable annual amount for both properties.
