We are a national bank in PA. I am trying to find something in writing or otherwise to see if we can charge savings customers an nsf fee when they overdraw their savings account. Anyone who can point me in the right direction or know of such a thing it is appreciated. Thank you.

There is no prohibition. If you initiate such a fee, Reg. DD notices are needed. You won't be the first to do this.
