Does anyone have a template they use for loan review out there? I'm looking for something that might have documentation, as well as for the grade. Thanks!

I have one for "compliance review" not grading. If you're interested you can PM me.

New to the website. Compliance Officer for 10 months. Could use the template as well. Would welcome a copy. John Lopez - Meramec Valley Bank - Missouri

We use one that summarizes loan relationships, deposit relationships, repayment, collateral evaluation, documentation review, financial analysis, and separate sections for reviewer's and officer's comments. My template is not very detailed, but wouldn't mind helping out...PM me if interested.

I have a Word document that does a pretty good job for "normal" loan reviews. It won't work for large, complicated loans, but for standard loans, it does the job.

Send me a PM and I'll email it to you.

We use a basic Word document for the individual loan review reports. We have a separate Excel worksheet for loan grading. We have used this loan grading format for the past 4 years and the examiners like it.

If interested, please let email me at ghartz@peoples-bank.com and I will send them to you.
