Woo hoo. Did I miss it or was there a soft launch of the "Consumer Compliance Handbook" from the FRB in January?

I was working through some resource material (what else is there to do on a nice day) and saw this was just updated. It seemed like YEARS it was in the wings with a note that it was under revision. Now it is done.

I just noticed that recently myself and thought I needed new glasses! It has been years. I was still working in NY when it disappeared. You would think they would know how to update in sections without taking the entire book away!

Now if they would just put the entire manual out there, instead of section by section - it would be great.

Ahh. Randy, quit reading my mind. I have already combined them and will be putting it in the Tools section soon. This will make searching so much easier.

Thanks for posting the entire manual at BOL Tools Andy. Did the FRB announce the release of the CCH? How will we know when they update it again?

I never saw any notice. (You'd think the same team that handles RESPA updates was working on this. ) I found it in my routine checking.

I have no idea if they'd send any notice if they update it. Based on this, I guess they wouldn't. But rest assured that we'll update it when we see a change on their end.

I appreciate you finding this gem Andy. I also appreciate you making it available in 1 pdf file. If I see that it is updated, I'll alert you as well.
