Do you guys require all of your employee statements to be generated with more than just the statement pages? I have gotten to some statements that have only the statement page and not any imaging or actual checks. I am able to look up individual items online from our data processor, but that would be time consuming to look up every item and I am afraid that I could miss something if I did a random search. I think I read somewhere that employee accounts that had someone else as a joint owner (child, parent, etc.) were more likely to be used in a fraudulent way because less scrutiny was sometimes given to those types of accounts. We apparently offer the type of account that includes imaging as a benefit on only one account for each employee, so I may not be able to get my wish for imaging on additional employee accounts. Any input on what you guys do would be great.
