We are trying to create a new position for a corporate risk manager. Does anyone have a job description they are willing to share. This position will be responsible for analyzing all risks including internal controls.

I don't have a risk manager job description, but if you are a SHRM member you can get job descriptions from their web site. Another trick I have used is to look for a particular job on some of the employment web sites -- and have used the info I have found to put a job description together.
