It's Monday & my first HMDA review of the year. A loan to pay off a lot loan plus put a mobile home on the property. The lot loan is not with us.

I think this will be a purchase loan since our loan will be secured by the dwelling that is permanantly attached. IS that right?

Are they buying the mobile home? If so, it would be a purchase.
