agency guidelines set 65% LTV for raw land. the agencies long ago provided a definition of raw land, and maybe the description of land in the developement stage. I would apprecitate someone to provide the site for a definition or would someone privide me the agency definition. this will smooth over a situation of exception vs no exception.
