An individual is purchasing a 2 story building. The lower floor will be a store front business and the upper floor will be his principal dwelling. Will this be considered to be a residential transaction even though the property is zoned commercial?

It's commonly referred to as the GIR (Getting It Right) here on BOL. Sorry for the confusion.
