Does anyone know, by statute reference (KRS), what the allowable annual fee is for a HELOC in Kentucky?

KRS 287.710 is the only KY lending statute that specifically references an annual fee. $20.

Bump...Does that mean no loans may have an annual fee greater than $20?

Would that apply to both Home Equity and Unsecured?

According to the Kentucky registry the above referenced statue has been renumbered to KRS 286.3-710. I cannot find a limit. Can someone help point me to the right place that says a limit still exist.
