I've been through the state statutes for commercial relations looking for a cite for any provisions for error notifications and can't find any. Is anybody aware of such provisions that would spell out any required procedures we have to follow for error notifications on business debit cards?

I'm aware that Mastercard/Visa rules will apply & I'm aware that Reg E does not apply, but I'm curious if it is addressed in the state statutes or if we can form our own reasonable procedures.

Any advice on what others in Florida are doing would be appreciated as well.
