Big Brother knows and that's a...
We are in the process of mailing our annual privacy disclosures. This year the question was asked as to whether or not we should be including the FDIC logo and EHL logo on the notices (we always have) for those sent to our Trust customers only. Any thoughts or suggestions on this would be appreciated.

I think it is okay.........?

Attaching the EHL logo isn't a problem. However, putting the FDIC logo or advertising statement on something from the Trust department might be confusing (trust assets are often not FDIC insured). Of course, the notice comes from "the bank" but ...

If you're at a point where you need to reorder the notices, I suggest dropping the logos.
