PA 692'02 which is effective March 31, 2003 repeals a provision of PA 135 of 1977 which required credit granting institutions to file with the commissioner of the Office of Financial and Insurance Service an affidavit stating whether the institution is subject to HMDA and, if so, that the institution has complied with the act and related regulations.
