I did this before on my old computer, but I can't remember how to do it now - can someone help me, please? When I open a folder, it shows icons. I can go to VIEW and change it from "icons" to "details" - but I don't want to do that to every folder. Can someone tell me where to go to change it for all folders? I was unsuccessful using the Help screen. Thank you in advance.

Open the folder and set the view properties like you want
Click on the Tools menu
Click Folder Options
On the View tab, click Apply to All Folders
