I'm "None of the above." I'm a project manager, and work with Deposit Services (new account setup, branch balancing, maintenance, etc), Electronic Banking and the Call Center. Several of my projects are compliance related (particularly Electronic Banking), but my main focus is process improvement and automation.

This is Dawnie I had to choose "Not in Banking" sadly.  Today I determined I won't be back soon, but I guess this gives me time to write my "CRA for Dummies" book
