Does anyone have or know where I could get a sample Hold Harmless Agreement? There is a company that would like to store their backup tapes in our vault and we would like to have them sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. Thanks for any ideas.

You might want to consult your counsel. They can explain the concepts of bailment and consequential damages and why this innocent little service is more risky that may first appear. I'm assuming that these tapes will not be stored in a safe deposit box subject to a standard SDB agreement. If they were, the agreement terms would likely make a hold harmless unnecessary.
