Here's the other half of the survey on e-statement offerings at your bank.

Types of e-Statements You Offer
Commercial accounts only
Retail deposit statements (any type of deposit)
Retail credit statements (credit cards, HELOCS, etc.)
Both retail deposit and credit statements

Once we are comfortable with the consumer statements and have the processes nailed down, we plan to offer commercial statements as well. One advantage here is that we could e-mail the statement to the customer, and the customers accountant when desired.

We push the entire statement (including imaged items) encrypted.

Same answer as Andy, except opposite! We chose to provide the commercial statements first, get the process refined, then provide the service to consumers.

We also use an encrypted push/pull.
