In reviewing a loan file, I noticed the HUD-1 was not completed correctly (left off all the POCs). Do we have to redisclose or once the mistake is made, you're done? The loan officer does not want to redisclose to the customer.

There are no standard corrective actions outlined by HUD or the other regulatory agencies for violations such as this. IMHO - this is one that I would fix on a go forward basis.
