We are an out of state organization that is opening a denovo branch in the KC area. Does anyone know if these states have any "unusual/different" laws than the federal,,ie Reg E, DD, TIL, RESPA, et al? Any advice would be appreciated.

Since I am only in Kansas and only know Kansas law I can't think of any unusual laws but a good source for information would be the Kansas Bankers Association in Topeka. They have lots of very good manuals that they produce that would help you. They sell them if you give them a call.
