Yes. The Kentucky Administrative Regulations (104 KAR 1:010) require, "A person or business entity engaged in a real estate or real estate-related transaction shall post and maintain at each location where services are regularly performed, the equal housing opportunity notices." The regulation further states, "The term 'real estate-related transaction' means the making or purchasing of loans or providing other financial assistance;
1. For purchasing, constructing, improving, repairing, or maintaining a housing accommodation; or
2. Secured by real estate."
