For folks using LaserPro - We are new to HE lines of credit. We use LaserPro to produce the cr agreement/disclosure. Under the place for the customer to sign, there is a space to insert an "effective disbursement date". Is this the date funds will be available for withdrawal? (after 3 day rescission waiting period)

Your exactly right per Harland/CFI, this is the date after ROR has run out.
