On page 2 under the Evaluation the Compliance Management System, when mentioning the areas they evaluate, they mention "Management Information Systems". Could some elaborate on this a little? I am not quite sure how to interpret that.

I can't be sure, but my interpretation of this would be that they would look at your system in regards to what reports you are generating and reviewing and how the specs are set to meet the regulatory guidelines as applicable.
