Do you include BSA and how it affects each position in your job descriptions?

The FDIC made mention that it wasn't part of our job descriptions/job performace schedule. We had an internal form used to rate employee performance that we added that piece to. This form was comprised of 6 components, adherence to bank policy was one. The bank's BSA policy was stated as an example. It was a pretty quick fix.

I put the following paragraph in all of our job descriptions:

COMPLIANCE
The incumbent has the responsibility to acquire and maintain the required knowledge of State and Federal Banking regulations and policies and those regulations and policies inherent to position requirements.
