I am having trouble finding a web site for the actual Acts and the amendments to the Acts - not the regulations - those are easy to find. Any help is appreciated.

Here is a link to the Federal Statutes:

U.S. Code

Most of the banking statutes are in Title 12. Bank Secrecy is in Title 31.
