Near the top of your page is "My Home". Click that, scroll down to the "Main Configuration" section, look at "Personal information, email, password, etc." and click edit. Scroll down to "Your picture" and enter a URL where that photo is stored and it pulls it from there.

If your picture file is not located on a website somewhere, you won't have a URL to input here. As an alternative, you can send the picture as an e-mail attachment to Michele Petry (mpetry@bankersonline.com) and she will put it on the BOL server and create the link to your profile for you.
