I have read/heard somewhere that if an MSB also provides deferred presentment services that there is more that either the MSB or the bank must do. I thought that I read it on BOL, but I cannot find anything. Is my memory correct or am I having a senior moment...day...month...

The only other thing that comes to mind would be getting a copy of the state license- if one is required. In SC I believe that is a Level 1 license. Of course that would be subject to your state requirements.
