Is anyone using the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in relation to reporting Elder Abuse to local agencies?

State of confusion
I am not sure either, we had some training of what to look for to help with stopping Elder Abuse but I would like to see the MOU in this one to see the full details.

I received a copy of a (suggested) MOU at a recent Elder Abuse seminar and was wondering if anyone else in the state was using. If not, how are you specifically addressing issues related to elder abuse as you become aware of them?
