We filed the biennial renewal on a Phase II exempt customer of ours back in March 2005. I am doing the annual review of this customer now, and it does not appear as though this customer has conducted at least eight large currency transactions throughout the year (March 2005 - March 2006). Therefore I do not think this customer is still eligible for the exemption. So what do I need to do at this point?

I would revoke the exemption, and monitor future transactions for eligibility
