Our banks wire transfer request form requires information on the sender as well as orginator of wire transfers. Consider this stitution: I own ABC, Inc. As the owner I complete the wire transfer request form on behalf of ABC, Inc. In this case would I(owner) be the orginator or the sender?

ABC, Inc is the originator.

I don't know what kind of information your form is asking for on the sender, but we use the term "sender" on our forms to refer to the bank employee that took the order and/or entered it into Fedline.
