I'm reviewing our CIP procedures - looking for more efficiencies without incuring more risk. Would like feedback from others via a poll. We are a $3 billion bank.
How many forms of IDs do you require a new customer to provide?

In addition to the driver's license, we send a welcome letter to all new customers. This satisfies non-documentary. If the letter comes back, we know there's a problem.
