Could someone please help me out with the CFR cite for NDIP rules? I’m going a bit nuts trying to find it.

There is not a CFR cite for that. It is an Interagency Policy Statement. The FDIC version is here: www.fdic.gov/regulations/laws/rules/5000-4500.html

The policy statement was followed by a Joint Interpetation of the Policy Statement. Again, the FDIC version is here:

While these are located on the FDIC website, the language is applicable to all of the banking regulatory agencies (OCC, FRB, OTS, and FDIC).
