The Funds Available Notice where the Customer name is placed... do you use the account title of the account? e.g. joint account but only one customer name is placed on the notice. Is this a REG CC violation?

I believe we are not in compliance as both holders of the account are notified of the hold.

I find nothing in the regulation about whether the notice has to be addressed to all joint owners of an account. I do see, however, that if a deposit is made by someone other than a customer (for example, a deposit is made by a runner on behalf of a business), the notice can be delivered to the person making the deposit, with the assumption that it will be dutifully carried back to the customer.

I think your concern is perhaps unwarranted.
