We have an annual awards dinner in November where all employees with 5 or more years of service are invited as well as retirees. Those employees celebrating a 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, etc. anniversary or retiring that year are presented with awards at the dinner.
For 5 years of service, the employee is given a pen and pencil set with his/her name engraved on them.
For 10 years, women get a gold charm bracelet with a charm that says 10 years and the men get a gold tie tack.
For 15 years, the employee gets a watch.
For 20 years, I think our HR area gives some choice to the employee. I've seen some employees get a gold necklace and others a digital camera.
I'm not sure about the awards for other anniversaries or for retirees.
